hey whats up, its lisa. and as you probably know, i am a huge, huge fan of justin and i want to make a really good sig and avatar for when im on the boards...but i cant find a good free program to help me...

does anyone know if they can help me....

ps....i have already tried things like....paint.net....and those things dont work for me...lol...

anyway...i would love it if someone could help me out, i will be eternally grateful!
